In this course you will learn

  • General Health Index (GHI)

You will learn how GHI integrates Phase Angle, Stress Index, and LAP Risk into a simple summary that shows whether physiology is moving toward balanced aging or accelerated biological aging. You will learn how to interpret the Cellular Biological Age diagram and how Phase Angle–Age trajectories change over time.

  • Predictive Health (PH)

You will learn how the predictive model uses BIA-ACC, PPG, HEG (when available), and MUS data to generate 5-year risk probabilities for cardiovascular, metabolic, psychological, malignant, and chronic inflammatory disorders.
You will learn how to interpret risk curves, how to read the Variables Weight Table, and how to identify the modifiable variables driving each person’s predicted risk.

  • Osteosarcopenic Obesity (OSO)

You will learn how OSO synthesizes T-Score, S-Score, Fat Mass, IMAT, ECW, HPA index, HRV, capillary permeability, and MUS/WPI-IBS symptoms into one integrated view of structural integrity and low-grade inflammation.
You will understand how OSO identifies whether a person is in a Healthy, Aging, or OSO pattern — and how this continuum guides early intervention.

Highlights

  • Clear Multi-Report Interpretation

Understand how GHI, OSO, and PH each provide a distinct view of physiology—and how to interpret them together to form a coherent, multi-layered understanding of health.

  • Predictive Functional Health Modeling

Learn how the PH engine uses ~40 million multisystem data points to forecast 5-year risk across metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, structural, and psychological domains.

  • Strategic Decision-Support for Clinicians

Use GHI (current state), OSO (structural–functional pattern), and PH (future trajectory) to prioritize interventions, personalize treatment plans, and guide long-term functional longevity strategies.
