Dr. Eleonora Di Luzio is a biologist and nutritionist based in Rome. She graduated with honors in Human Nutrition and Food Science and specialized in personalized nutrition, nutrigenetics, and nutrigenomics. Her training includes experience at the Valter Longo Foundation in Milan. Dr. Di Luzio currently focuses on circadian and anti-inflammatory nutrition strategies designed to help restore and support the body’s natural physiological rhythms and promote long-term health.
